Loving the fact that soon Summer will be upon on, after a long horrible winter this year in Maryland. I am looking forward to the heat.

I am the type of photographer who can shoot in a studio, but I hate doing it. I love being on location, whether in a person's home, out in the woods or in a public area in the city I love staying out of a studio. The main reason is that there is so much more personality that is revealed when working with your talent. Often times as we are shooting we pay attention to our surroundings and after photographing our initial concept, we start shooting other concepts on the fly. I love it, I love that feeling, that sweet release of creative and that moment when you create something so amazing and it was never part of the plan to begin with.

During the part of the Fall and all of Winter I am forced inside unless the shoot is required to be outdoors. Driving to locations because very risky because out here in Maryland no one knows how to drive on highways. So, transportation safety is another issue. I have to shoot all year, every month, I can't just stop during the months of November through February. I will go crazy!!!
